You have the right to cancel your order up to 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled delivery date without needing to provide any justification. Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours will incur a fee of $75. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the agreed delivery date and time will not qualify for a refund.

The cutoff for canceling an order is 48 hours from the moment you take possession of the dumpster delivered.

To exercise your cancellation rights, you must notify us with a clear statement of your intent.

We will process your refund no later than 48 hours before the day we receive your cancellation request. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
